Customised Treatment Plan: Following this conversation, Katie will craft a personalised treatment plan exclusively for you that’s designed to enhance your overall health and vitality, leaving you looking good and feeling great!
Acupuncture Experience: The gentle insertion of ultra-thin (0.2mm) sterile needles into the targeted areas stimulates blood flow and collagen production. Additonal points at the facial muscle insertions will stimulate extra blood flow to the whole region. Additonal body points will be chosen to help treat the underlying imbalances leaving you feeling so very relaxed!

While "needles" may sound intimidating, most individuals find the experience surprisingly tranquil. Some even find it so relaxing that they drift off to sleep during their sessions!
Relaxation Time: Once the Acupuncture pins are in place, it's time to unwind. You'll recline comfortably for approximately 20 minutes. Many people find this time incredibly soothing, as if you've pressed the pause button on life's chaos, just for yourself.
