Each Acupuncture session is accumulative with its calming effects.
Everyone is different and your practitioner will confirm what they think will work best for you in your first session. Most people find 6-10 weekly sessions before reviewing and spacing out care to be the most beneficial. -

Our single-use, sterilised needles are less than 0.25mm thick—equivalent to a quarter of a millimeter or just three strands of hair in thickness!
Once these ultra-thin needles are gently inserted, any initial discomfort will quickly fade away. This allows you to lie back, relax, and let the magic of Acupuncture work its wonders!
